DAY 01 ISTANBUL (ARRIVAL)

Arrival at Istanbul airport and transfer to the hotel by our Travel DMC® correspondent. Istanbul is the most populous city in Turkey and has an international airport considered the largest in the world. Free time to get to know the city and its main beautiful neighborhoods: Istiklal Street, Ortakoy, Kumkapi, Eminonu etc. Accommodation.

DAY 02 ISTANBUL HALF DAY (INCLUDED)

Breakfast. Departure for one of the most famous activities in Istanbul, a boat ride on the Bosphorus, the channel that separates Europe and Asia. During this journey you can see the palaces of the Sultans, old and typical wooden houses and enjoy history in a different way. Next, we will make one of the star visits, the spice bazaar, established by the Ottomans 5 centuries ago and used since then. DAY 03 ISTANBUL - ANKARA

Breakfast. departure en route to Ankara passing through the mountains of Bolu. After arrival we will make a panoramic tour with our coach to see the capital of the Turkish Republic and the second most populous city in Turkey (Ankara), a modern and cosmopolitan city steeped in history and ancient culture. Later we will visit the Anitkabir Mausoleum, symbol of Ankara, as it is the place where the founder of the Turkish Republic lies. At the end of the afternoon Arrival at our hotel Dinner and Accommodation.

DAY 04 ANKARA - CAPPADOCIA

Breakfast. Depart for Cappadocia. On the way we will see the second largest lake in Turkey, The Salt Lake and a 13th century caravanserai (medieval inn) Arrive in Cappadocia. In the afternoon we will visit an underground city (Serhatlı or Özkonak or Derinkuyu), impressive for its several levels of depth, it was used by the first Christians as a refuge against enemies. DAY 05 CAPPADOCIA

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of this fascinating region and original landscape, formed by the lava thrown by the Erciyes and Hasan volcanoes 3 million years ago. We will visit the Göreme Valley, an incredible Byzantine monastic complex made up of churches carved into the rock with beautiful frescoes. Next, we will visit the Avcilar Valley and the Pasabagi and Gόvercinlik Valleys where you can admire the best view of the volcanic forms called "fairy chimneys" We will visit the typical workshops of carpets and Onyx and Turquoise stones. DAY 06 CAPPADOCIA - KONYA - PAMUKKALE

Breakfast at the hotel. Early departure to Konya, capital of the Seleucid sultans, where we will visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana, a poet and philosopher who founded the mystical and religious sect of the Whirling Dervishes. Continuation of the trip to Pamukkale. Arrival and visit to Hierapolis, an ancient Hellenistic city that today is in ruins. Visit to the famous Cotton Castle, a natural wonder of gigantic white waterfalls, stalactites and Natural Pools formed over the centuries by the passage of water loaded with calcareous salts from hot springs. DAY 07 PAMUKKALE - EPHESUS - KUŞADASI

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning departure to Ephesus Greco-Roman city, ancient capital of Asia Minor and one of the best preserved of antiquity where the Temple of Hadrian, Temple of Trajan, the theater and the Library of Celsus are located. Visit to the House of the Virgin Mary, where he spent the last years of his life. Continuation to Kusadasi where we will have a panoramic tour of this beautiful town admiring its famous port where cruise ships depart for the Greek islands. Continuation to Izmir arrival Dinner at the hotel and Accommodation.

DAY 08 KUŞADASI - BURSA - ISTANBUL

Breakfast. Departure to Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Visit the Ulucamii Mosque, the Kozahan Silk Bazaar and the Green Mausoleum, possibly the most beautiful building in all of Bursa. Continuation to Topçular to cross the Gulf of Izmit by ferry to Eskihisar. Continuation to Istanbul, arrival and accommodation.

DAY 09 ISTANBUL FULL DAY (OPTIONAL)

Breakfast. Optionally, you can make a full day visit to the magnificent city of Istanbul, visiting the historic part of the Basilica of Hagia Sophia, the culmination of Byzantine art, and the pearl of Istanbul; We will also visit the famous Topkapi Palace, residence of the Ottoman sultans for four centuries, including the treasure and holy relics. At noon we will enjoy a typical lunch at a local restaurant in the Sultanahmet area and continue with a visit to the Blue Mosque, a marvel of harmony, proportion and elegance; and the Hippodrome that preserves the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column, the Emperor William Fountain and the Egyptian Obelisk. At the end of the afternoon we will visit the famous Grand Bazaar where we will enjoy free time to lose ourselves among its 4 thousand shops. Return to the hotel and accommodation.
